Boot camp  wk 8 term 3, 2020

Awesome effort from our boot campers today. I know that everybody is busy especially around this time of the term but I really appreciate you looking after your well being and attending today's session.  Look forward to seeing you all next week x

To our walking group keep up the k's. Whaea Dinah, Emily, Karen and Pratima. Keep collecting those ks this week your challenge is individual this week. Your target goal is to reach 50ks.


Boot camp  wk 7 term 3, 2020

Well done for your efforts last week team. It's been amazing seeing you all get out and about getting your walking ks in each day and sending me your results. We have some wonderful results this week achieving well over the expected 65ks goal.

Week 7 boot camp results

First place: Rimu=103.58 

Second place: Kauri =95.5ks

To add on to this boot camp will resume on Wednesday so please bring your change of clothes and meet on the courts at 3.15ish. If it is raining we will work in MP room.


The boot camp walkers (Karen, Emily, Dinah) please continue to do your walking ks - your target as a combined this week is 90ks (wk8 Mon-Sun)


Just boot campers will be encouraged to walk/ run at least 15ks this week individually.

Well done to Agnes who took part in our boot camp zoom meet today. Really awesome effort.

FYI we have another session next Mon and weds if anyone is keen. Please keep your photos coming in of your kms that you have been gathering over the week!!!!






Hey team, Unfortunately due to covid we are back in lock down level 3. You were all doing so well. So this week I thought if you would like to join in on a zoom session work out please  let me know and I will send the link code out to you  5 minutes before the session starts. All you need to do is :

Be ready at 6.30 on Monday

Get laptop or phone ready to type in link via zoom

Do the exercise.

It is only for 1 hour, This is the same as what we are doing during our boot camp sessions.

Boot camp  wk 1 term 3, 2020




Kia Ora e te whanau.  What an awesome turn out today for our first boot camp session. I just want to say how proud I am of all of your efforts, especially our new comers. I just wanted to share a few notices to remember for this terms boot camp.

- We will still have boot camp rain or shine.

-The more you put in the more you get out of it.

-Mauria te pono - believe in yourself.

-Bring your gear and water every Wednesdays at 3.15 outside of the library.

-Remember to send/ email me a picture of your calculated steps by every Wednesday so I can add it to the boot camp sheet. This will mean that you will be doing some walking/ running during the week, rather than just having one session with me a week.

Unfortunately I didn't get any photos of our awesome training team this week, but I will def take some for next week.
